How does The Missing Hour recruit its suppliers and do they cost anymore?

  • The Missing Hour suppliers are vetted for relevant qualifications and membership to trade associations where appropriate. We also make sure that they have business insurance and most importantly of all we work with suppliers who agree with our ethics of professionalism and reliability. All suppliers are continuously monitored by us through client feedback.

Who is my contract with?

  • Whenever work is carried out by one of our suppliers, the contract is ultimately between you and the supplier. It is important therefore, to make sure that you read and understand their terms & conditions before proceeding. However in the unlikely event that you have a problem, The Missing Hour will endeavour to resolve the situation for our clients.

Are you insured?

  • Yes, we have full business insurance

Is there an initial consultation fee?

  • There is no consultation fee. Our first meeting with you is complimentary and if you decide to join, you will be asked for a £50 deposit which will be returned once the first months membership fee has been paid
